This Refund Policy applies to StillMind | Meditation Journal, operated by Prioritised OÜ (Registration number: 16530243, VAT ID: EE102588297), located at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia.
Your refund rights depend on where you made your purchase. StillMind subscriptions can be purchased through our website (via Paddle), the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store. Each platform has its own refund process, detailed below.

2. Website Purchases (Paddle)
If you purchased a StillMind subscription through our website, your payment was processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and refund processing for all web purchases.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This refund window applies to the initial subscription purchase only, not to automatic renewals.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a website purchase, contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details. We will process your request through Paddle.
3. Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchased a StillMind subscription through the Apple App Store, refunds are managed entirely by Apple. Prioritised OÜ cannot process refunds for App Store purchases.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an App Store purchase:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the StillMind purchase you want to request a refund for
- Follow Apple's instructions to submit your refund request
You can also contact Apple Support directly for assistance with your refund request.
4. Google Play Purchases
If you purchased a StillMind subscription through the Google Play Store, refunds are managed entirely by Google. Prioritised OÜ cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases.

To request a refund for a Google Play purchase:

- Follow Google's instructions for requesting a refund

5. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
For website purchases made through Paddle, this right is satisfied by our 14-day refund window described in Section 2 above. For App Store or Google Play purchases, your withdrawal rights are governed by the respective platform's refund policies.

6. Refund Processing
Website Purchase Refunds
Approved refunds for website purchases are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
App Store and Google Play Refunds
Refund processing times for App Store and Google Play purchases are determined by Apple and Google respectively. Please refer to their support documentation for expected timelines.
